Welcome to this lesson on wrist flexibility.

There is quite a lot of content here and so you will be prompted to pause the video to give you an opportunity to try things out or to work out the notes.

Please take you time and resist the temptation to jump further ahead in the book. These movements are important and it is much easier to play more difficult pieces when these techniques are mastered.

The pieces are now going to become more and more complex and so may take more time to learn them from start to finish. Don't worry I will continue to explain and demonstrate every step of the way.
